Does Captured Memories Studio accept walk-ins?
Yes! We are open Monday - Saturday from 12 pm- 7pm. Sunday appointments are special requested only! ( Fee will apply to all Sunday appointments, no exceptions!) If we are unavailable at our studio please feel free to send us a text or email and you will receive a response within 48 hours.
Can I bring extra guest that are not participating in my session?
Due to limited space, you are allowed to bring (2) people to assist you with preparations and will not participate in your session.
Can I book my session without a payment?
Unfortunately, all payments MUST be paid in full to secure your session. We do have financial alternatives for our clients to use if needed, such as After pay and CashApp.
What if I need to cancel my session?
Please give the photographer a 48 hour cancellation notice, so that a future session can be rescheduled. All cancellations the day of your session will NOT be able to reschedule at the photographer’s discretion. Please keep in mind that no refunds are given and all sales are final!
How do I pay for my session or event?
We accept all major credit & debit payments. We also offer buy now pay later through AfterPay.
Are unedited photos released from my photo session?
Yes, for all Freelance, Corporate Events and Senior (Grad) Packages ONLY! Unfortunately, we do not release any unedited photos for any other sessions. Any and all Remaining photos that are not included in your package are not available for purchase after the date of your session.
